Windsor Chamber announces dynamic new board
WINDSOR, CO– The Windsor Chamber of Commerce announced the election of five new board directors bringing the board to twelve members.
Joining the roster is Jamie Chavez, Owner of Toast Coffee & Wine Bar, Cyn French, Fundraising Manager for Windsor Charter Academy, Cameron Banninga, Attorney from Wick & Trautwein, Michael Short, Owner of Short & Associates, and David Thompson, CFO for Northern Colorado UC Health.
Collectively the new directors have extensive business, community and nonprofit leadership experience that will propel the Chamber’s growth in 2020 and beyond.
“We are pleased and excited to welcome these new directors to the Chamber’s leadership team,” said Palmer Withrow, 2020 Board Chair from Columbine Health Systems.
The continuing board is comprised of Ryan Ragan, Vice-Chair from First National Bank, Ryan Sanger, Treasurer from ACM, Tom Prenger, Bank of Colorado, Mary Gabriel from the Windsor Campus of Aims Community College along with appointed liaisons Paul Rennemeyer, Windsor Town Board, and Sherry Hoffman, Weld RE-4 School District.
“During the last 6 months the Chamber’s board has worked on many foundational issues that will set-the-stage for our growth in 2020. We are poised for a busy and productive year, “ commented Scott Soldat-Valenzuela–the Chamber’s CEO hired in May 2019.
The Windsor Chamber is a champion for the local business community and represents nearly 400 members within the Town and surrounding communities.
