It can be accessed off of Larimer County Road 32E and Weld County Road 13.
Larimer County tied onto the Weld County seciton of the Poudre River Trail with a section of trail through River Bluffs Open Space. The trail now extends to the North with an underpass going under Highway 392. This section leads to a nice tree shaded parking area, restrooms with running water and a drinking fountain. Â
