About Us

The HBA of Northern Colorado (NOCO HBA) is an organization of residential construction and related professionals dedicated to high ethical standards, education, and advocating for the health of our industry and success of our members.

NOCO HBA has grown to approximately 275 member companies across Northern Colorado, engaged in residential homebuilding and remodeling, along with a multitude of supporting partners. Further extrapolating that membership with total employees, NOCO HBA represents between 10 and 12 thousand individuals in the industry.
NOCO HBA covers an 8 county area as part of the Colorado Association of Home Builders (CAHB), including Weld and Larimer Counties.


NOCO HBA is a trade association representing the residential construction industry in Northern Colorado, affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). Providing education, training, public interface and business to business opportunities. 275 Member Companies representing over 11K individuals.
