• Board of Directors

  • The Windsor Chamber of Commerce is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of no less 9 members and no more than 12 members.  Each of the elected Directors will serve a three year term, elected by the membership and one remaining Director is appointed from the Windsor Town Board. This member serves a one-year term at the discretion of the Windsor Town Board.

     

  • Board members are elected through a selection process for 3 year terms. These individuals agree to the Chamber's Bylaws, Code of Conduct, Board Director Job Description and to support the Chamber through their company, community connections and resources that align with the Chamber's mission and vision for the future.
